Search & Screen

Employers don’t have the time or resources to sort through and evaluate resumes when in need of an immediate staffing solution. 


We will locate and identify the best talent available and present them to you in a timely fashion. 


We make it a priority to ask the necessary questions to better qualify and evaluate the skill level of qualified candidates, to ensure quality and culture fit to your organization. We are very hands on and do all the work for you. All required by you is to, interview and select among a pool of pre-qualified talent.

Initial Phone Screen

Our team of recruiter’s initial phone screen consist of an in-depth conversation with every candidate. 


During this phone screen, we assess education, experience, leadership, qualifications, and skill level. 


Part of this steps process is to determine candidates’ areas of interest.

Personal Interview

This step of the process requires an in-depth diagnosis of technical abilities, soft skills, interviewing abilities and professional background. We also gather information regarding the candidate’s level of experience and specific skill-sets. 


We provide the candidate information about the requirements, and job description of the responsibilities required by the client. Our specialist determines if the candidate is qualified for the position before, advancing to the next step of the process.

Management References

Part of our four-step process, candidates that we choose to represent and are qualified, are required to provide managerial references, and we verify the managerial reference was directly responsible of the applicant and their daily performance. 


Uniquely, we share the job description with the manager, to find out if they believe the candidate would be a good fit for the position in a technical and personality capacity.

Account Manager Screening

Our final step, the recruiter will present the candidate to the account manager, who is in direct contact with the client and accountable for filling the position according to the client needs. 


The account manager also confirms the candidate’s qualifications, evaluates skill level and determine if the candidate is an ideal fit for the client’s organization. 


If approved, the candidate will be presented to the client for review.
